Warren
E. Buliox received his B.A. in English, magna
cum laude, from Alabama State University and his J.D.
from Syracuse University College of Law, where he was
on the Dean’s List and graduated with Order of
Barrister honors. While Mr. Buliox was in law school,
he was a member of the National ABA Trial Team, a coach
for the National Black Law Students Association Trial
Team, a member of the Black Law Students Association,
and a Class Senator in the Law School Senate program.
He also received the “Best Overall Advocate”
award at the Northwest Regional ABA Criminal Trial Competition.
Upon graduation, Mr. Buliox received a Certificate in
Corporate Counsel, given to students who throughout
law school gain significant insight and understanding
in such areas as corporate law, labor law, employment
law, commercial law, and intellectual property. Mr.
Buliox has completed clerkships at Mack Law Offices
and Kravit, Gass, Hovel, Leitner, S.C. He has also completed
a legal externship at Legal Services of Central New
York. In addition, Mr. Buliox has served as a Public
Service Special Prosecutor for the Milwaukee County
District Attorney’s Office. As a prosecutor, he
handled numerous jury trials, bench trials, motions,
and hearings. He is a member of the Wisconsin Association
of African-American Lawyers. He is admitted to practice
