Ms. Foster earned a B.A., with honors, in Philosophy from the University of Cincinnati and a J.D., cum laude, from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. She has experience representing clients in employment, personal injury, medical malpractice, and civil litigation matters. Ms. Foster has provided significant litigation support in the form of research, complex case analysis, and trial preparation on numerous complex litigation cases. Her experience also includes drafting complaints and initiating and responding to discovery requests, motions, and responsive pleadings.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Foster was a case manager for the Urban League of Greater Cincinnati where she provided support services, including employment training and employment placement to the indigent and underprivileged. Additionally, she served as Director of Human Resources for a health care corporation and was responsible for management, oversight, and the development of policies and procedures for the company’s human resources department.

Ms. Foster is currently pursuing her L.L.M. in Intellectual Property from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Her professional memberships include the Ohio State Bar Association, the Black Lawyers Association of Cincinnati, the American Bar Association, and the Greater Cincinnati Minority Counsel Program.
