Michael S. Herskowitz practices litigation and employment law. He has litigated various issues involving complex commercial matters, including unfair competition, issues of breach of the duty of employee loyalty, tortuous interference with contract, and breach of contract. Mr Herskowitz has litigated employment law issues involving Title VII, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Labor and Standards Act, and the New York State Executive Law.

Prior to joining Gonzalez Saggio & Harlan, Mr. Herskowitz practiced at a New York litigation law firm. While in law school, he interned at the New York State Division of Human Rights for Administrative Law Judges Robert Vespoli and Jerry Venora.
