Mr. Louard received an A.B. from Harvard University and earned his joint J.D.-M.B.A. from Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School. Mr. Louard began his career as an Associate in Dean Witter Reynolds’ Mergers & Acquisitions Department. He has held several legal and business positions throughout his career, including the Managing Partner and COO for two investment firms and was the Director, Business Operations and Chief Counsel for the Cleveland Browns. Mr. Louard has also worked at the law firms and government entity: Andrews & Kurth LLP, Kutak Rock & Campbell, Brown & Wood, and the General Counsel’s Office of the Manhattan Borough President. He has extensive experience in general corporate and securities work, with emphasis on public offerings of debt and equity securities and public and private mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Louard has represented underwriters and issuers in over $1 billion of public offerings. He has also advised clients concerning contractual, banking, and other finance matters. Mr. Louard is a member of the New York State Bar Association and serves in leadership positions on numerous not for profit boards.
