Elizabeth A. McDuffie
 
Elizabeth A. McDuffie received a B.S. in Accounting from Carroll College and a J.D. from Marquette University Law School where she participated in Moot Court. She is admitted to practice in all Wisconsin State Courts and before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin. Her professional memberships include the Wisconsin State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Ms. McDuffie practices in the areas of employee benefits and employment law. She has been involved in the design, implementation and maintenance of various employee benefit plans. She provides counsel on pension and 401(k) plans, COBRA issues, ERISA matters, health insurance, cafeteria plans and disability plans. Ms. McDuffie also has extensive experience working with the federal and state Family and Medical Leave Acts and the Americans with Disabilities Act. She is the co-author of the Absence Control Handbook and contributing author of the Family and Medical Leave Compliance Manual. She has been invited to speak for various organizations including the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Outreach Program and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
