Jesse
received a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law
School in 2004. At the University of Wisconsin Law School,
he was a recipient of the Foley & Lardner Minority
Scholarship, the Advanced Opportunity Fellowship, the
LULAC/Mexican Fiesta Scholarship, and the Bruce Beilfuss
Memorial Award for Outstanding Service to the U.W. Law
School in 2003 and 2004. He also served as Vice President
of the Latino Law Student Association in 2003 and Student
Representative for the Student Bar Association from
2001 to 2003. He graduated from Marquette University,
cum laude, in 2000, where he received a B.A. in English
and Philosophy, and was the recipient of the Kimberly
Clark Full Tuition Scholarship. Before joining Gonzalez
Saggio & Harlan, Mr. Padilla served as Assistant
Counsel in the Allstate Insurance Company Protection
Legal Advisory Services Division of the Law and Regulation
Department. Mr. Padilla is admitted to practice in Wisconsin
and the U.S. District Court for the Western District
of Wisconsin. He is a member of the American Bar Association,
the Wisconsin Hispanic Lawyers Association, the Hispanic
Professionals of Greater Milwaukee, and the Young Lawyers
Division of the State Bar of Wisconsin. He is proficient
