Hugo P. Rojas received a B.S. in Business Administration at the University of Southern California. He earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he was Managing Editor for the Wisconsin International Law Journal. While at law school, he was also appointed to serve on the Faculty Tenure Committee and served as a board member for the Latino Law Student Association. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Rojas was the Executive Director of Common Cause/Illinois, where he was responsible for state and regional advocacy efforts, which led to the passage of campaign finance, election, and ethics reform laws. Mr. Rojas is admitted to practice in Wisconsin; the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Wisconsin; and the U.S. District Court, Western District of Wisconsin. He is fluent in Spanish.
