Werner
E. Scherr received a B.A. in Economics from
Marquette University in 1958 and a J.D. from Marquette
University Law School in 1961. Mr. Scherr’s professional
memberships include the Civil Trial Counsel of Wisconsin,
American Bar Association, Seventh Circuit Bar Association,
Milwaukee Bar Association (Court of Appeals Bench/Bar
Committee), State Bar of Wisconsin (former Wisconsin
Judicial Council Appellate Issues Committee), Defense
Research Institute, American Arbitration Association
(Member, Panel of Arbitrators). Following law school,
Mr. Scherr served the U.S. Air Force as a prosecutor
and defense counsel as a Judge Advocate. He is a former
senior partner of the law firm of Kasdorf, Lewis, &
Swietlik and has extensive litigation experience, including
numerous jury trials. Mr. Scherr is fluent in German
