Marcella S. Spoto received a B.B.A., cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater where she majored in Business and French and minored in German and Economics. She received her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin. Ms. Spoto has extensive and diverse experience in civil litigation. Her experience includes State and Federal jury trials, motion practice, administrative hearings, class actions, and appeals. Ms. Spoto has litigated many types of cases including product liability, medical malpractice, and wrongful death as well as cases in the 7th Circuit. She is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin. Ms. Spoto is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, DRI, and the Civil Trial Counsel of Wisconsin. While in law school, Ms. Spoto clerked for state and federal judges, was a member of the International Law Journal, volunteered to assist the indigent with appeals, and competed nationally in trial competitions.
