Julie L. Tomka earned her J.D. from the Saint Louis University School of Law, where she was Editor of the Saint Louis University Law Journal. She received her B.A. in Political Science, cum laude, from the University of San Diego. Ms. Tomka joined Gonzalez Saggio & Harlan’s Litigation and Employment Groups after working as a litigation associate in an Omaha, Nebraska business litigation firm.

During law school, Ms. Tomka worked directly with the General Counsel for Emerson, a global manufacturing and technology company. Prior to attending law school, she worked as Assistant to the Director of Operations-Corporate Controller at a real estate and investment firm in San Diego.

Ms. Tomka is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association. She is licensed to practice in the State of Iowa and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of Iowa and the Southern District of Iowa. LITIGATION and EMPLOYMENT
