Vincent Vigil, Partner, received a B.S. from the University of Colorado School of Engineering and earned his J.D. from Loyola University Law School in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Vigil has extensive experience in corporate representation in the areas of commercial and tort litigation. His background includes representation of Fortune 500 corporations; financial institutions; technology firms, construction and development companies; and entrepreneurs. Mr. Vigil has represented clients in all phases of litigation, including trials. Mr. Vigil has also counseled corporate clients with respect to contract matters and litigated corporate and partnership disputes. Mr. Vigil has provided legal representation in the areas of construction litigation, professional liability, medical malpractice, product liability and other negligence claims. Mr. Vigil is admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois and is a member of the Trial Bar of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Professional memberships include the Illinois State Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, American Bar Association, Hispanic Lawyers Association of Illinois, and the Hispanic National Bar Association.
