Felicia
Miller-Watson received a B.S. in Political
Science, from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, a M.S.
from Cardinal Stritch University, College of Business,
and a J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Ms. Miller-Watson
has extensive experience in employment law. Her practice
involves defending employers in employment litigation
and administrative proceedings, as well as advising
management on all aspects of employment relations, including
claims of discrimination, sexual harassment, defamation
and severance agreements and preventive measures to
avoid litigation through proper hiring, discipline,
termination and other employment polices and procedures.
Ms. Miller-Watson focuses her practice on providing
advice and litigation services related to employment
disputes. Ms. Miller-Watson’s approach is to
help her clients maximize opportunities, minimize risk
and resolve employment problems using creative strategies
that support their long term business goals. Her experience
includes handling and assisting with cases before the
Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Labor and
Industry Review Commission, the Wisconsin Employment
Relations Commission, the Department of Workforce Development,
the Eastern District Courts and the Seventh Circuit
Court of Appeals regarding race, age, sex, national
origin, disability claims, and worker’s compensation
claims. Her professional membership includes the State
Bar of Wisconsin and the Wisconsin Black Chamber of
Commerce. Ms. Watson is admitted to practice in the
United States District Court, Eastern District of Wisconsin
