Emery K. Harlan received a B.A. in Business Administration from Siena Heights College and a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School where he was a Ray & Ethel Brown Fellow. Immediately following law school, Mr. Harlan served as a law clerk for the Honorable George Edwards (dec.) of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and Illinois, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth and Seventh Circuits. Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Harlan was associated with the Chicago office of Ross & Hardies. An experienced litigator, Mr. Harlan represents companies in all facets of employment law.
