David R. Saggio received a B.B.A. in Finance, with honors, from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School where he graduated with Order of the Coif honors. His professional memberships include the Wisconsin State Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Seventh Circuit Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in Wisconsin, Illinois, the U.S. Tax Court and in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. He serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Tau Kappa Epsilon chapter and is fluent in Spanish and conversant in Italian.
