with respect to a full range of business concerns.
- Represented underwriters in connection with proposed
issuance of revenue bonds by the Wisconsin Health and Education Facilities Authority.
- Represented large public entity in connection with the
sale of its short-term notes in the aggregated amount of $30,000,000.
- Provided advice regarding director liability issues and
shareholder rights to numerous clients. Also counseled clients in regard to general tax
matters including cafeteria plans, compliance and fringe benefits.
- Prepared various agreements including purchasing
agreements, buy-sell agreements and international distribution agreements.
- Served as bond counsel in connection with issuance of
$160,000,000 revenue bonds by large quasi-governmental entity in Milwaukee.
- Represented national energy company in connection with
deregulation of the gas and electric market in Wisconsin.

transactions, as well as tax deferred exchanges of property.
- Provided advice regarding environmental contamination
including accessing of state funds for clean-up of corporate job site.
