Amanda L. Winn

Biography

Amanda L. Winn earned her J.D. from the New England School of Law and received her B.S., magna cum laude, in Political Science with a minor in Legal Studies at Seton Hall University. She is a member of the firm’s Healthcare Practice Group. Ms. Winn is admitted to practice in Arizona.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Winn practiced at the New England School of Law’s Health Law Clinic. During law school, she gained legal experience as an intern with Boston area law firms and was an intern to the General Counsel of Methodist Healthcare System in San Antonio. Her experience has included legal analysis of health care statistics for hospitals and community needs and benefits assessments. Ms. Winn has also examined the legal impact of EMTALA, Stark Laws, and other statutes affecting hospitals.

While at Seton Hall, Ms. Winn was a member of the Division I softball team, serving as captain her senior year. She was a four time Big East Conference Academic All-Star and was named NFCA All-American Scholar-Athlete three consecutive years.
