Janice M. Falkenberg received a B.A. in Political Science and History from the University of Minnesota and a J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law. Ms. Falkenberg served as a law clerk for the Honorable Gary Larson of the Hennepin County, Minnesota District Court. Her professional memberships include the Wisconsin, Milwaukee and American Bar Associations. She is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and Minnesota. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Falkenberg was Vice President of Human Resources at SYSCO Food Services of Eastern Wisconsin where she was responsible for directing all areas of human resources, administration, payroll and safety. Her experience also includes the representation of corporate clients with respect to several areas of employment law with a focus in worker’s compensation, OSHA and employment discrimination. Ms. Falkenberg has successfully handled disability, sex and age discrimination claims, worker’s compensation and unemployment compensation claims, as well as retaliation issues before administrative agencies. She is a partner of the firm.
