Jonathan M. Fritz received a B.S. in Biology from Marquette University and his J.D., with honors and a concentration in intellectual property, from Hamline University School of Law. He expects to receive his M.S. in Bioinformatics jointly from Marquette University and the Medical College of Wisconsin in 2005. Mr. Fritz is a Registered Patent Attorney by the United States Patent and Trademark Office and has experience in mechanical, computer related, and chemical patent prosecution. Mr. Fritz has provided preliminary right to practice, patentability, invalidity, and noninfringement opinions and analysis to clients from Fortune 500 companies to independent inventors. In addition, Mr. Fritz has experience in trademark, copyright and Internet related matters.
