Karen DaCosta Perzan received a B.A., graduating cum laude, from Yale University and a J.D. from the Columbia University School of Law where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. Ms. Perzan is admitted to practice in Arizona, New York, and Wisconsin. She has experience handling transactional matters including asset acquisitions, software and technology licensing, loan transactions, non-competition and other employment agreements, general corporate matters, and business counseling. Ms. Perzan’s professional affiliations include the Wisconsin State Bar Association, the Milwaukee Bar Association, and the Association for Women Lawyers. Ms. Perzan has been involved in a number of education-related organizations, and currently serves the Yale Association of Wisconsin as Events Coordinator, Alumni Schools Committee member, and Wisconsin delegate to the Association of Yale Alumni Assembly.
