Jeffery A. Whitney received a B.S. in Mathematics/Computer Science from Oglethorpe University and a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. During law school he was Articles Editor of the University of Wisconsin Law Review and was selected to be a Teaching Assistant for the Legal Research and Writing Department. Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Whitney clerked for the Honorable U.W. Clemon, Chief Justice of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. Mr. Whitney’s practice is focused on commercial litigation and labor and employment law matters. He has extensive litigation experience representing clients in state and federal courts across the country and before administrative agencies and arbitrators. Mr. Whitney is admitted to practice in Alabama and the District of Columbia only.
