Biography
Bethany C. McCurdy is experienced in advising and both public and private sector clients in multiple aspects of state and federal employment law, including discrimination, family and medical leave, wage and hour matters, and employee benefits.
Ms. McCurdy has conducted seminars and training for both management and employees and has been a featured speaker for a variety of seminars on employment law, including state and federal family and medical leave, fair employment practices, wage and hour matters, and employee privacy issues.
Ms. McCurdy received a B.A. in Journalism and Sociology from the University of Wisconsin and a J.D. from Marquette University Law School. Prior to joining the firm, she was an employment law associate with a boutique firm located in Milwaukee. Ms. McCurdy is admitted to practice in Wisconsin, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.
