Biography
Charles P. Magyera regularly provides services to management in all aspects of labor and employment law, with an emphasis on collective bargaining negotiations and defense of employment discrimination claims. Mr. Magyera has significant experience in addressing union-related issues, including labor arbitration law with an emphasis on collective bargaining negotiations, strike activities, and labor contract administrations.
He has spoken to numerous groups on labor and health law topics, including the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Milwaukee Bar Association, and the National Human Resources Association. He has authored a number of articles on labor and health topics for local and national publications. During law school, he was on the Board of Editors for the Wisconsin Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif.
Mr. Magyera received his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin and his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from the University of St. Thomas. He is a member of the Milwaukee Bar Association, the State Bar of Wisconsin, and the American Health Lawyers Association. Mr. Magyera is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and the U. S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.
