Lindsay B. Fathallah

Biography

Lindsay B. Fathallah has extensive experience representing public and private companies in a wide variety of corporate, real estate, and commercial lending matters. Ms. Fathallah routinely represents public and private companies in preparing and negotiating a full range of commercial agreements, including in the areas of manufacturing, supply and distribution, consulting, licensing, information technology and confidentiality.

Ms. Fathallah also has significant experience representing business clients with mergers and acquisitions, including negotiation of deal terms and structures, drafting purchase agreements, due diligence review, financing and closings. She has also provided representation in business combination transactions, corporate formation, reorganization, and corporate governance matters.

Ms. Fathallah focuses her real estate practice on acquisition and sale transactions, development, leasing, and financing for all types of commercial properties. Her experience includes negotiating and preparing hundreds of commercial leases for retail, office, industrial and warehouse space; drafting purchase and sale agreements, easements and restrictive covenants; and reviewing and resolving title and survey issues.

Ms. Fathallah builds strong relationships and trust with her clients through her legal acumen and experience, open communication and excellent client service, which ensures that her clients’ objectives are met and accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner.

While in law school, Ms. Fathallah served as a judicial intern for Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice David T. Prosser. She earned her J.D. at the University of Wisconsin Law School and her B.A. in Political Science and Journalism at the University of Wisconsin- Madison. Ms. Fathallah is admitted to practice in Wisconsin. Her professional memberships include the State Bar of Wisconsin, Milwaukee County Bar Association, and the Justinian Society of Lawyers.
