Gerardo (Jerry) H. Gonzalez received a B.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee School of Business, and a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School. He has practiced before numerous state and federal courts throughout the Midwest. His experience includes complex commercial litigation, product liability defense, and public relations and strategy associated with litigation and business issues. He represents numerous Fortune 500 Companies and has worked with boards in developing general legal and business strategy. Additionally, Mr. Gonzalez has assisted corporations with most all facets of legal representation including negotiating agreements and guiding corporations as legal counsel. He is a member of the Product Liability Advisory Council and Defense Research Institute. He is fluent in Spanish. He is admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, Trial Bar for the Northern District of Illinois, District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
