Jeremy A. Oliver

Biography

Jeremy A. Oliver is a litigator managing complex medical malpractice cases involving personal injury and wrongful death. In addition, he handles cases and issues in numerous areas of law, including corporate business litigation, products liability, landlord/tenant disputes, and entertainment law.

Mr. Oliver received a B.A., with honors, in Psychology and Political Science from The University of Michigan in 2007. He earned his J.D., with honors, from The University of Tennessee College of Law in 2010, with a concentration in Advocacy and Dispute Resolution. While in law school, he served as a member of the National Trial Team, the College of Law Admissions Committee, and the Student Bar Association as the American Bar Association Representative. He also worked as a student-attorney in the College’s Advocacy Clinic.

Mr. Oliver is admitted to practice in the State of Tennessee. He is also a member of the American, Tennessee, and Nashville Bar Associations.
