| R. Jeffrey Krill
received a B.A., with distinction, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a
J.D., graduating cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School where he was
recognized with Order of the Coif honors. Following
law school, Mr. Krill was associated with the law firms of
Michael, Best & Friedrich and later Godfrey & Kahn, both of Milwaukee. He
is an experienced trial attorney having handled eleven jury trials as lead counsel
(nine to verdict), seven court trials as lead counsel and appellate briefs prepared
as sole or principal author submitted to various courts of appeal. Mr. Krill's practice is focused
on complex commercial litigation and product liability matters. His experience also includes ERISA
litigation, insurance defense, and environmental law matters. Mr. Krill is a member
of the State Bar of Wisconsin, Milwaukee Bar Association, American Bar Association, Seventh Circuit Bar
Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, and the Wisconsin Academy of Trial Lawyers. He is a
partner of the firm and is fluent in Spanish.
