Nicole Martins is a litigation associate in the Firm’s Miami office. Ms. Martins’ background includes serving as In-House Counsel for one of the largest aircraft manufacturers in the world. She has been involved in preparing civil cases for trial both before and after graduation from Law School in Florida and Michigan.
Ms. Martins earned her J.D. at Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where she was the Associate Editor of the Thomas M. Cooley Law Journal of Practical & Clinical Law, founding vice president of the Hispanic Latino Law Society, and was involved in Moot Court. She received a B.A. in Political Science from Florida International University in Miami. She is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.
Ms. Martins is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She is a member of the Florida Bar, Defense Research Institute (DRI), Florida Association for Women Lawyers, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Ms. Martins has been a volunteer with the Orange County (Florida) Teen Court and served as a Guardian ad Litem (GAL) for Miami Dade County. She is also a volunteer for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
