Gregory
G. Taylor received a B.A. in Economics from Indiana University-Bloomington
and a J.D. from the Indiana University School of Law. Mr. Taylor has
served as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, bank counsel and
borrower’s counsel in various tax-exempt and taxable financings.
Mr. Taylor has provided advice to executives related to corporate financings
as well as community elected officials for the inducement of local incentives
for corporate investments. Mr. Taylor has organized not-for-profit corporations
and provided these not-for-profit organizations with legal counsel in
secured transactions. Mr. Taylor has provided legal advice to corporations
regarding local and state tax incentives for economic development projects.
Mr. Taylor has also advised communities on providing incentives to companies
that anticipate investment in the local communities. Mr. Taylor’s
memberships include the City of Indianapolis Equal Opportunity Board,
the Indiana Economic Development Association, the National Association
of Bond Lawyers, the Indiana State Bar Association and the National
Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in Indiana. Mr. Taylor is
a partner of the firm.
