Ben Grawe and Johnson Controls Inc.’s (“JCI”) Mike Stoelton co-authored the article “Knock, Knock. Who’s There? Government Inspections are No Joke – Be Prepared or Pay the Price” in the American Bar Association Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources In-House Counsel Committee Newsletter (Vo. 14, No. 1; August 2013).

In the same newsletter, Ned Witte authored a piece entitled “U.S. EPA Contemplates Narrowing the Use of ‘Audit Policy’”. This article concerns the government program that Jeff Werwie of JCI, Ben Grawe and Ned Witte leveraged in the 2006 voluntary disclosure of Clean Air Act noncompliance at four former York facilities, obtaining a result that received recognition as a 2010 JCI Merit Award project.
