Gonzalez Saggio & Harlan is pleased to announce that David B. Carr, has been promoted to Partner. He joined the firm as an associate upon earning his J.D. at Marquette University Law School in 2006. His practice includes complex commercial litigation at both the state and federal levels, including insurance defense, contract disputes, construction claims, premises liability, products liability, and medical malpractice defense. Since 2008, Mr. Carr has served as Chairman of the Milwaukee County Ethics Board. He is a member of the Board of Directors for Marquette University Law School Alumni Association and the Legal Aid Society and is a member of the Marquette University Law School Diversity Recruitment Committee, DRI, Claims and Litigation Management Alliance, American Bar Association, and State Bar of Wisconsin. Mr. Carr was selected for inclusion in the 2011 and 2012 Wisconsin Rising Star℠ list by Wisconsin Super Lawyers® in Milwaukee Magazine and was named a “2011 Up and Coming Lawyer” by the Wisconsin Law Journal.
