Emery K. Harlan receives the 2011 Community Service Award

Emery K. Harlan received the 2011 Community Service Award by the Waukesha County National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP). This Award is given to an individual who demonstrates a compassionate Humanitarian life dedicated to the pursuit of justice. Julian Bond, former Chairman of the NAACP from 1998 – 2010, presented the award at the Annual Freedom Fund Dinner on October 8th.
