Emory Potter has been appointed to serve on the Grievances and Arbitration Committee of the Commercial Law League of America. Grievances and Arbitration Committee is charged with reviewing claims relating to violations of standards of proper moral, ethical or professional conduct, the Operative Guides for Forwarders and Receivers, the Agency Section Code of Ethics, or the Association of Law List Publishers Code of Conduct, and taking appropriate action, which may include hearings on such matters. The appointment is for a three year term.
