Gonzalez Saggio & Harlan won a victory at the appellate court level on a Lemon Law case. The appellate court upheld the decision of the trial court that our client complied with the Lemon Law and turned the plaintiff/consumer away. The consumer did not act in good faith when our manufacturer tried to comply with the Lemon Law in Wisconsin. It is a case of first impression, and the court ordered the case published.
