GSH is pleased to sponsor a dinner featuring six-time James Beard Award Winning Chef Thomas Keller. The event is being held October 29th at The Grain Exchange in Milwaukee and is hosted by The Bartolotta Restaurants. The dinner will be accompanied by a silent auction to benefit the Bocuse d’Or USA Foundation, the aim of which is to build a sustainable community of young American chefs.
