Guffey to our Phoenix office as a Corporate and Transactional lawyer with a focus on health care and life sciences.  With more than three decades of legal experience, Mr. Guffey serves as attorney, counselor, and advisor for those in the business of health care and life sciences. His practice is focused in the areas of complex business transactions, including healthcare mergers and acquisitions, hospital-physician joint ventures, project finance, venture finance, equipment and receivables finance, and real estate acquisition, development, and finance; complex dispute resolution, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation management; healthcare law and regulation; group medical practice organization and development; and transactions with healthcare management service organizations.
