Mr. Jones is a registered patent attorney, focusing on patent preparation, procurement, and prosecution of U.S. and international patent applications in the computer software and electrical arts areas. Representing companies ranging from large Fortune 100 Corporations to small start-ups, Mr. Jones guides clients in the development and leveraging of technology. He works closely with in-house counsel and patent examiners to ensure his clients receive the broadest claim scope possible, while being cognizant of expenses and future litigation.
