GSH is pleased to welcome Bryan L. Walker, Associate, to the Firm’s Intellectual Property & Technology Group, where he will prepare patent applications and advise clients on patent prosecution strategies and likelihoods of success, invention patentability, and analysis of prior art search results. Mr. Walker’s background includes working as a patent examiner for nearly three years at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, where he issued hundreds of Office Actions for database system patent applications, received top ratings for award-winning performance and attained the senior level of GS-13.
