GSH is pleased to welcome New York Assemblymember Dan Quart as a partner in the Litigation Group in the firm’s New York City office. He represents New York’s 73rd Assembly District on the East Side of Manhattan. Mr. Quart has defended personal injury lawsuits and insurance coverage matters in New York’s State Courts for fifteen years. He also has an extensive background in New York State appellate practice, including briefing and arguing cases in the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, First and Second Departments.
