On March 18, 2015, the NLRB’s General Counsel issued a report that provides guidance on which employee handbook rules, in the NLRB’s view, do and do not comply with the National Labor Relations Act. This article provides scenarios and discusses whether the NLRB may or may not consider the activities as unlawful.
