In “Alvaro Critiques MBTA Panel”, published April 21st in CommonWealth Magazine, Ferdinand Alvaro, Jr. discusses the recent breakdown of the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority’s (MBTA) Board. Governor Deval Patrick appointed Alvaro, an attorney with expertise in finance and administration, to the former MBTA board of directors in 2008, where he helped oversee the transit agency’s budget.
