GSH welcomes Milo M. Vukelich as Intellectual Property & Technology Group Of Counsel in the Firm’s West Des Moines, Iowa office. Mr. Vukelich’s practice focuses on clients in the technology and financial services fields and supporting their legal needs in projects including business process in-sourcing and outsourcing arrangements, “Software as a Service” (SaaS) agreements, hardware and software acquisition, licensing, and procurement; intellectual property licensing, and due diligence; asset management; software audits; privacy and data security.
