GSH Welcomes J.D. Fugate to the IP & Technology Group

GSH is pleased to welcome J.D. Fugate as Senior Counsel in the firm’s Intellectual Property & Technology Group. He is an experienced corporate counsel specializing in technology and intellectual property transactions, healthcare, and privacy. Mr. Fugate worked at Microsoft Corporation for more than 16 years in a variety of roles and was most recently Assistant General Counsel for Regulatory Affairs. He is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals and is a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM).
