Biography
Joshua J. Henry is an associate with Gonzalez Saggio & Harlan, practicing in the area of employment law. Prior to graduating from law school and joining the firm, Mr. Henry interned for the Iowa Civil Rights Commission, working primarily in the areas of employment and housing discrimination law. Additionally, Mr. Henry gained experience as a legal intern for the American Civil Liberties Union of Iowa and has also worked for a number of different governmental entities.
Mr. Henry earned his Juris Doctor, with high honors, at Drake University Law School, where he was the Research Editor and an Editorial Board Member of the Drake Law Review. In recognition of his individual dedication to the publication, he received the Morris A Haft award, which is given annually to the graduating staff member who, through individual effort, service, and leadership contributed most to the overall success and quality of the Review during their membership. While in law school, Mr. Henry was a research assistant to one of Drake’s most distinguished professors of law, served as a student attorney at the Drake Legal Clinic, and received a Public Service Certificate. Mr. Henry received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Minor in Business Administration at the University of Iowa. Mr. Henry is admitted to practice in Iowa.
