Biography
Kevin M. Hensley focuses his practice on litigation, insurance defense, and insurance coverage. He has significant experience at both the trial and appellate level, and has first-chaired more than 115 trials in State and Federal Court. He also has significant experience in employment litigation, commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and residential real estate. Mr. Hensley enjoys an AV Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell and has been selected for inclusion on the Massachusetts Super Lawyers® list.

Mr. Hensley is a frequent presenter on such topics as civil trial skills and insurance law for the National Business Institute. He has authored articles for Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, including “English in the Workplace: Can Employers and the EEOC Speak the Same Language?” and “Making the Case for Chapter 93A Jury Trials”.
Mr. Hensley attended Princeton University, graduating magna cum laude, and received his law degree from Boston University School of Law, magna cum laude. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts; the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts; U.S. Court of Appeals, First Circuit; U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Massachusetts; and the U.S. Supreme Court.
