Biography
Jaime D. Levine develops sophisticated estate planning for high net worth clients utilizing a variety of approaches to promote transfers of wealth, tax savings, and asset protection, including but not limited to, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, marital property planning, business succession planning, and qualified personal residence trusts. Ms. Levine also drafts wills, durable powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, and HIPAA documents. She is experienced in guardianships, probate, and trust administration.
Ms. Levine’s represents clients regarding charitable giving while maximizing tax savings benefits, as well as those who require special needs planning, by customizing trusts to protect their interests and also by implementing Wisconsin Pooled and Community Trusts (WisPACT). Ms. Levine has spoken on various topics at estate planning conferences. In addition, she has taught Legal Research and Writing at the University of Wisconsin School of Law.
Ms. Levine earned a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is a member of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Sections of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Florida Bar. Ms. Levine is also a member of the Milwaukee Bar of Association and the Association of Women Lawyers. She is admitted to practice in the states of Wisconsin and Florida.
