Biography
Jerome Mrowca’s legal practice centers in the areas of energy, regulatory, and corporate and business affairs. He has represented utilities, pipelines, natural gas and oil marketers, energy and engineering companies. Mr. Mrowca’s representation has focused on energy transactions, state and federal utility law, and energy regulation and administrative law, and litigation. He has advised companies in areas involving the processing or transportation of crude oil, hydro-carbon liquids, natural gas, and carbon dioxide.
Mr. Mrowca began his practice of law in Chicago as a staff attorney and counsel for a major utility company. He has served as Assistant General Counsel for a national energy company. He received a B.A. in Political Science, magna cum laude, from DePaul University and a J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law. Mr. Mrowca is admitted to practice in the States of Illinois and Texas; the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth and Tenth Circuit Courts; and the U.S. Supreme Court.
