Biography
Minh C. Wai has represented a spectrum of private, public, and non-profit clients, from small businesses to Fortune 500 Corporations. He practices in a variety of areas, including civil litigation, bankruptcy, corporate, contracts, and real estate law. Mr. Wai’s insurance defense practice includes premises liability, personal injury, and subrogation. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Valparaiso University, teaching pretrial skills.
Mr. Wai earned a J.D. from Marquette University School of Law and a B.A. in Economics at Grinnell College. He is a member of the State Bar Associations of Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin, as well as the Lake County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin, and U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of Illinois, Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, and the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.
