Biography
Andrew Thebaud is an associate practicing in the area of public finance. Prior to joining Gonzalez Saggio & Harlan, he was a Legal Fellow to the Hon. Cleo E. Powell, Supreme Court of Virginia. Mr. Thebaud also gained experience while serving as a legal intern for the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Eastern District of New York (Civil Division), and DC 37 (AFSCME) Municipal Employees Legal Services.
Mr. Thebaud earned his J.D. from University of Virginia School of Law, where he was the articles editor of the Virginia Sports and Entertainment Law Journal, participated in the William Minor Lile Moot Court Competition, was a member of the UVA BLSA Mock Trial Team, and was awarded a Pro Bono Certificate of Recognition. He received a B.A. in English, summa cum laude, at the University at Albany, State University of New York, where he was the recipient of the Phi Beta Kappa Prize for Academic Excellence.
He is licensed to practice law in New York.
