Biography
Minning Yu is an associate practicing in the area of litigation. Prior to joining Gonzalez Saggio & Harlan, she was a law clerk to the Hon. Douglas M. Fasciale, Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division; judicial intern to the Hon. Jack Sabatino, Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division; and judicial extern to the Hon. Joan Madden, New York State Supreme Court. Ms. Yu also gained experience as a summer intern at the Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association of the City of New York, Inc. and as a research assistant to Professor John Pfaff, Fordham University School of Law.
Ms. Yu earned her J.D. at Fordham University School of Law, where she was the Associate Editor of the Fordham Law Review and received a Fordham Law Merit Scholarship. She received a B.A. in Economics and International Area Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Ms. Yu is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and New York City Bar Association. She is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey and is fluent in Mandarin.
