Carlos Pastrana Joins GSH’s Employment Group

GSH is pleased to announce that Carlos R. Pastrana has joined the Employment Group in the Firm’s Milwaukee office. He practices in all areas of labor and employment law, including matters involving discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, FMLA, wrongful termination, labor relations, unfair labor practices, unemployment insurance, workers compensation, workplace safety, and Federal contractor issues. Before relocating to Wisconsin in 2012, Mr. Pastrana practiced law in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, before both local and Federal courts and agencies.

Mr. Pastrana is deeply involved in the Greater Milwaukee community, particularly in the Hispanic community, including as Board Member and Member of the Executive Committee of La Casa de Esperanza. He is also a Board Member of Milwaukee Achiever, the Milwaukee Artist Resource Network, and the Great Lakes Community Conservation Corps, Inc.
